Open your heart. Connect with the power of the Earth, all around you.

Live drop-in circle to connect to the wisdom and healing offerings of the Spirits of the Lands during this time.

We will start with an Earth based invocation to open the circle, followed by a guided meditation or journey to a place in nature focused on a natural element (Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Space). Each participant will invoke their own unique place based on their memories and the meditation.

You will be invited to ask questions of the Spirits of the Land at this place for teachings, guidance, or healing, then journal or create art from the responses you receive. We will briefly share what we feel called to of our experiences through video.

You will leave each group with practices to explore throughout the week to integrate the healings and teachings you received into daily life.

I thought the earth remembered me,
she took me back so tenderly,
arranging her dark skirts, her pockets
full of lichens and seeds.
I slept as never before, a stone on the river bed,
nothing between me and the white fire of the stars
but my thoughts, and they floated light as moths
among the branches of the perfect trees.
All night I heard the small kingdoms
breathing around me, the insects,
and the birds who do their work in the darkness.
All night I rose and fell, as if in water,
grappling with a luminous doom. By morning
I had vanished at least a dozen times
into something better.
